Hello, this is the informational section of Cheer! TCG. If you want to know more about how this TCG works, its cards, guidelines or are interested in joining, you should pay close attention to this section. Reading the "about the tcg" and "rules & guidelines" are required before submitting a join application. The "newbie's guide" is for people who are entirely brand new to the concept of an online TCG - if you've been in some TCGs in the past, that is one page you can ignore. :) The navigation is at the top of this page.
Cheer! was created in 2010 and is maintained by Rikka. The name of the TCG comes from the title of the Cardcaptor Sakura anime artbooks, titled Cheerio!. Cheerio! was originally going to be what this TCG would be called, only I discovered there was already another CCS-related website by the same name. So I shortened it to Cheer!. :3 I think it's sounds a lot cuter in the end, anyway! That way, people will not confuse this for a food/breakfast cereal TCG. XD
The original concept of a trading card game online was thought up by Calico (the first online TCG being Senshi Card-Mania!).
